Jess had Dark Zart issues. The problem was, she didn't know it. Then I showed up, and in quick order, circumstances quickly revealed to Jess' honest heart Fear and Inferiority--the really destructive Dark Zarts that, sadly, Burnie's dad hadn't included in his Ball of Eternity that Jess had grown up with developing her volleyball skills. Clearlynow, these dark Zarts needed to be identified bey her Gold Zart and destroyed forever! Her brother summed up her dilemma just before his incident over the Mystic Abyss by daring to confront her dad, Coach May, with the question, "Is life about findin' our own fun and games, or helpin' others discover their one true Way?"
