Resubmission (Two Versions)
Once your book has gone live, you can still correct errors or other issues that might have been missed. When you find errors, we have the flexibility to correct them by resubmitting a file to the printer to update future copies. “Two versions” simply means you have a softcover and hardcover book that needs correcting (i.e. two versions). If you only need one version updated, please refer to our Resubmission (One Version) service.
If the problems with the book are the result of a LifeRich Publishing error, then there is no charge to resubmit the file. If you are initiating the change based on author errors or changes you want to make that conflict with the galley you signed-off on, then you are required to pay a fee.
The title and the price (LifeRich Publishing or retail) for a book cannot be changed after it has gone live. However, you are able to:
- Make changes to text in galley
- Make changes to cover text or design
- Change sub-title
- Change pen name
Please Note: If you are resubmitting to do a re-tech, then the price of the re-tech is reduced when purchased with the resubmission.
