About the Book

Introducing Kai and Kenzie, a brother and sister who have recently relocated to a new town and are starting at a new school. Journey with them as they navigate the move to a new middle school and experience new friendships. About the Author

Shameeka Gray-McAllister is a United States Army Combat Veteran. She was born in Jamaica. She migrated to the United States, and after a year then moved to England. She returned to the United States and completed her Associates Degree. After completing her Associates degree she joined the United States Army. During her enlistment she completed two deployments to Kuwait and Iraq. After leaving the United States Army with the rank of Sergeant, she completed her Bachelors and Masters degree. She is now married and lives in North Carolina with her husband and two beautiful children.
