Busy Bee’s Adventures

BUSY BEE AND FLUTTER GO EXPLORING Hello! Today, I promised my friend Flutter the butterfly, that we would play together. Whenever we are together, we always find fun things to see and do. Here comes Flutter. "Are you ready to explore today Busy?" asked Flutter. I'm ready and excited! Let's go! When it comes to flying, I fly faster than Flutter does. But when you enjoy being with someone, you don't mind waiting on them. "Look! said Flutter. There is a field of sunflowers. Let's go over to them." Wow! There are so many. I could never land on all of them, I said. I wonder what that big building is beside the field? There are a lot of cars all around it. It has lots of windows, too. People are going in and out of it. Let's get a closer look. We flew towards the building and suddenly we heard this loud screeching sound! Then there were flashing red and white lights all around us. People were running out of the building towards the lights. Out of the lights came a person on a rolling bed being pushed towards the building. I was getting scared. So was Flutter. Just then Darty Dragonfly came flying towards us. We asked Darty what was going on. Darty said, "This is a hospital and that's an ambulance with flashing lights. This is the emergency room of the hospital where they bring people who are seriously ill or injured." Well, I have never seen this before. "What happens to the people once they are in there," I asked? "They have doctors and nurses to take care of them and get them well. Sometimes they give them medicine or treatments. They might be in there overnight or for several weeks. They take really good care of them." Wow! That's a great place to go if there is something wrong with you. It was scary at first, but now that I know what it is, I understand that it is a very good thing. Thanks for telling us, Darty, Darty had things to do and left us. We were getting tired and decided to head back to our homes It is always fun to be with Flutter. I hope you have good friends, too. It's good to have several friends because it seems that if you don't know about something they usually do. Bee good, bee friendly and bee safe.
