About the Book

Benny Meets Santa Claws is the story of a young puppy who mistakes an ordinary fox for Santa Claus. Benny shows hospitality to the fox, and on Christmas morning receives a surprise! We can learn from Benny’s example to show love and kindness to others, no matter who they are or what we have.

The puppy in this book is based on the author's real life childhood pet, Benjamin Duke. Benny loves his people, getting scritches, and watching the wildlife that comes into his yard. He is the best boy.

About the Author

Lindsey Korthal loved books even before she learned to read. By third grade she was writing her own stories, and in college her dream of becoming an author became reality. She was published in her school’s poetry publication on multiple occasions before graduating with a bachelor’s degree in English with a concentration in writing. From there she began to work on independently publishing her short stories and children’s books. When she’s not writing, Lindsey enjoys reading, hiking, and playing with her pet bunnies. She currently resides in Fort Wayne, Indiana with her husband Tyler.
