One day The Rescue League found me hiding in a box behind the trash can at a restaurant. They took me to a volunteer. She took me home with her," explains Bentley. "That is great," says Bella. "Then you had a forever home." "No, it was only temporary. Unfortunately, after a few weeks, the volunteer moved to a new home where dogs were not allowed. I had to leave. No one wanted me again. I wasn't perfect, I am a little slow learning new things," Bentley said. "I was returned to The Rescue League." "Later, another volunteer took me home with her," continues Bentley. "She became my foster Mom. Everything was good. I had a home until my forever home could be found. I was happy knowing someone would take care of me." "I am different. I am not perfect, I forget things," Bentley reminds the girls. Bentley continues, "At the new home, I meet my foster mom's dog. Her dog didn't like and tried to hurt me. He was a bully dog and he thought I was invading his home. Once again, this home didn't work out." Bentley was returned to The Rescue League again. He was sad and lonely waiting for his forever home.
