In the movie "Lean on Me," Morgan Freeman portrayed Principal Joseph Louis Clark the beloved Principal of Eastside High School in Paterson, New Jersey who passed away December 2020. Mr. Clark's passing caused many of us to reflect on the years we spent at Eastside; fallen classmates, life-long friendships, teachers, and staff.
About the Author
Ms. Grubbs is a Chiari Warrior, a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and a licensed mental health professional with over thirty years in the field. In addition, she has been a Nursing Home Administrator; the former Director of the BSW program at Presentation College in Aberdeen, South Dakota; an Adjunct.
