Molly pulled a Billy club from the officer's belt and in a flash waved it at Emily. “Kneel, kneel,” Molly commanded. Feeling quite intimidated, Emily knelt. Molly raised the stick aloft, and then brought it down on Emily’s right shoulder with a thud. Emily ducked as Molly executed another tap on the left shoulder. “I now dub thee; from henceforth you will be known as Lady Luv. Elder Hansen quipped, “Are you a dastardly jewel thief who only poses as a missionary to attain access to people’s homes? Are you an undercover jewel thief, Lady Luv? Nothing like leaving your calling card.”

About the Book
The protagonist, Emily, matures through the story to become Lady Luv. Professor Edwards, who is introduced at the beginning, teachers “Perfect love conquers fear”. The theme is developed as Emily’s adventures lead her into developing compassion. She foregoes her selfish desires to improve the lives of those she meets.

Judith interrupted her teaching career to serve a mission in England representing the Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints.
