“Who are you?” asked the Count
“How’d you get inside?
Aren’t you scared of me?
Don’t you want to hide?”
Now Gilly was scared
but he also had heart,
“I was playing a game,
I’d like you to take part.”
The Count narrowed his eyes,
“Play a game, with me?”
He looked ‘round the empty hall,
“Tell me what you see.”
“A great, big, huge table,”
said the sweet little goat,
“and a really cool castle
With its very own moat!”
A soft quiet laugh
and a very small smile
“You know,” said the Count
“I haven’t had friends in awhile.”

About the Book
This is the story of how a little courageous young billy goat named Gilly accidentally travels to a mysterious new land and finds out the importance of friendship!
About the Author
Gilly was initially created to simply occupy my free time, but quickly grew into a project that became very close to my heart. After noticing many friends and family members begin to expand their own families I desperately wanted to add to their happiness any way possible to show my appreciation for their love throughout the years. This is dedicated to all of them in hopes that they may use it to create lasting, loving memories together. Thank you for everything, hope you enjoy!
