It had been raining all night, by morning the sun was once again shinning and the temperature was perfect for going outside to play in the puddles left over from the rain. Bear Cubs Honey and Beary very much wanted to play in those rain puddles! After about thirty minutes Momma Bear called in the cubs. “OH MY!” exclaimed Momma Bear. The cubs were covered with mud from the top of their heads down to their toes, all squishy inside their rain boots. “Well I guess the cookies will have to wait, you three need a bath!” said Momma Bear.

This is a fun story about three young bear cubs who, after a night of rain, want to go outside and play in the puddles that were left behind. Then they learn what happens when they do not do as they are told. They make a mess. They clean the mess.
