The ADVENTURES of Big Al

Buddy then used his feet to claw at Big Al's neck and face. Big Al in an attempt to escape the attack, threw Buddy to the ground. Buddy instantly bounces back up like the ground was a trampoline and lunges at Big Al once again with even more persistence than before. Big Al grabs him by the arms again and pins him to the ground, repeatedly punching him, hoping to hurt him just enough so that Buddy would stop. Unfortunately for Big Al, it’s not that easy to hurt a chimp. Being made up of all muscle and 0% fat, a human can outswim one, but defeating them in a fist fight is impossible. Actually, hitting him just gets Buddy more riled up. Big Al was able to get in an uppercut, throwing Buddy back a way. At this point everybody at the gathering had scattered, rightfully so. Big Al would rather be somewhere else, too. He could see the front door. It was only a couple of feet away, but it seemed like “looking through binoculars the wrong way.” For a split second, Big Al wondered if he could make a run for it, but he knew that Buddy would be right on his back if he tried. Big Al realized that the only way out of this was to fight. Once Buddy got back on his feet, he no longer looked like that cute little chimp, but rather like a shorter version of King Kong ready to pounce. He was circling Big Al, pounding the ground, once again baring those large carnivore teeth, fur puffed out, and staring at Big Al.
