Highlights of the Parables has been written for all ages. A parable from the Bible will be written, followed by an explanation of the parable. The opposite page will have a colorful picture for children to learn from. Thirty two parables are explained in this book. This will help you in understanding the Bible as you read your own personal Bible. A parable is an earthly story with a heavenly meaning. Jesus used parables when speaking to the crowds. He uses something familiar to help us understand something new.

About the Book
Jackie has written Highlights of the Parables for all ages of people. This book will give you a story of a parable in the Bible followed with an explanation of the story. There are colorful illustrations for each story. Children learn by looking at the pictures. Adults will learn through reading. This is a fun way to learn about the Holy Spirit–inspired Bible.
About the Author
Jackie has been married to her husband, Kevin, for forty years. They have four children. Their youngest son, Michael, is in heaven helping God. Our three children are married. They have blessed us with thirteen grandchildren. Jackie and her husband live on a farm. Jackie wrote Highlights of the Bible in February of 2017. Jackie volunteers at her grand children’s school library. She loves teaching others about the truth of the bible.
