I created this book to show that you don't need a degree in culinary arts to cook like a professional. All the recipes in this book are gourmet style, but are very easy to do. No special tools, no hard to find ingredients, no problems. You can use these recipes to throw fancy parties, impress your date, or significant other, or just to try something new. This also gives people that are on a strict budget a chance to try plates that would originally cost $50 plus a person.

About the Author
I first got my passion for cooking from my grandmother, she loved making homemade dishes her way. After I graduated high school, I pursued my dream by attending the Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Pittsburgh. Once I Finished college, I went on and worked at the finest hotels, casinos, and restaurants in the Ohio/West Virginia area.
