About the Author
Grace has a degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education and has been working with children for over 25 years. In addition, she has acquired professional development training in the following areas: Emergent Curriculum for Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers; Promoting Cooperative Learning Activities, Positive Discipline of Child Guidance and Family and Community Engagement for School Readiness. Grace is certified as a Child Development Associate (CDA) Advisor, an Infant Massage Assistant, and has fulfilled the requirements of the state of New Jersey's Professional Development for Early Care through the Director's Academy of the Office of Children in Newark, NJ.
Over the years, Grace's specialty has been observing and working closely with children to develop their motor skills and to assist children in the area of independent creations.
