Butterflies…..Rainbows…..Sunshine so bright. The glories of Heaven, what a Beautiful sight. No Worries…..No Sickness…..No Tears of despair. My Friends and My Family, all kneeling in Prayer. We've been Born Again Angels into Gods' Holy Land. And today we'll all walk on Heavens Gold Sand. The Beaches, The Oceans, the Birds in the sky. Sparkle like Diamonds and the tears in your eye. The sounds of the weeping and the crying I hear. The sound of the Laughter just knowing we're here. Life is Eternal it never will end. I'm so glad that you listened…..My Family…..My Friend. Our Future is endless Gods' plan is untold. We must wait and we'll watch till the scroll is unrolled. God will reveal what our next life will be. In the land He has chosen deep under the sea. This Heaven existed from the beginning of time. Under the mountains he gave us to climb. But God chose to hide it till His plan was made clear. Today is the day we have nothing to fear. God filled it with water when He flooded this earth. And left it all sealed till our second rebirth. It's location was safe man couldn't exist. In a valley so deep it would always be missed. Today's the first day of our life in Gods' Land. Come with me and walk and I'll hold your hand. This life is forever it can never be lost. Eternity's price was paid on the Cross. About the Book
Parable Poems is a book of religious, family-based stories in a poem format. Some poems are from my own personal experiences and the personal experiences of family and friends. All my poems are inspired by God, meaning he has given me the words to express my feelings and the feelings of others in a message that everyone can relate to in their own personal lives.
About the Author
About the Author Parable Poems was written by Sally Ann Fenton- Sherrick Inspired by God. I started writing poetry after the death of my Father in 2010. I never shared my poems with my Family and Friends until 2014. Many of them were surprised at the writings but were more surprised how they were written. Before I write a poem I get a feeling of anxiety. Then I keep hearing the first line of the poem, over and over again in my mind. After writing the first line I can see a mental snapshot of what the next line must say. Many times as I tried to explain what I was seeing some of the lines began to rhyme. So each time afterwards as I described the mental picture in my mind, I tried to make them rhyme to make the story easier to understand. When writing a poem I never know what it is about or how it ends until I finish. I don't pick the topics or the storyline. I just write what I hear and see. I am just a small town country girl with a High School Education. I was raised in the Brethren Church since birth. I have had no formal Religious Training. I married my Wonderful husband Robert in 1973. We together have raised 2 Wonderful Children. And are the Proud Grandparents of 3 Handsome Grandsons. If the Message delivered in any of my Poems leads just one soul to know Jesus Christ as their Savior, then my Life's Purpose on this earth has been fulfilled.
